Roger is dead

Ariana's POV

"So how was work today ?!" Brett asked as he drove ,

"Fast " I replied and he laughed.

"Everything happened so fast , I totally lost track of time " I added and he just smiled.

"And on the contrary it was quite slow for me , I couldn't wait to see you" he said my smile awkwardly faded.

"Aww" I whispered and he just smiled.

"So where are we going?!" I asked trying to ease the awkward tension.

"It's a surprise" he whispered and I nodded slowly.

"I love surprises " I added.

"I know " he whispered with a small smile , I just turned my head to look out the window as he continued driving.

His huge smile at me was getting creepy and honestly I was feeling tired of it already .

I slowly turned to him but the expression on his face made the fake smile on my face disappear.

"What's going on ?!" I asked immediately.

"I don't know , I'm trying to slow down"

"I think the brakes are loose " he replied and I sat up immediately.

"There's no need to panic , just ....."
