Third Person POV

“Who else? Is she with you?” Jane swallows her own saliva hard. How can she explain to him what just happened?

She’s panicking and afraid of him, and she violated one of his rules by taking Zaina with him without his permission.

And one more thing…

She’s not with Zaina anymore. When they got to New Hayland, she left her and vanished like bubbles.

After she answers Alexander's call, she looks back to see Zaina, but she can’t see her.

And that’s when she starts to panic. She wants to find her, but the transaction needs more attention. She can’t lose that deal; if she does, she’ll be dead to him and to her mother.

So, she decided to do the transaction first before finding her, but unfortunately, she still couldn’t find her.
