Natalie looked at Natasha with a mocking look in her eyes. "I think you should worry about yourself first. There's no need to bring me into the picture."

Well, Natasha had tried. She had just wanted to remind Natalie that what she was doing was also risky behavior on her part. But since Natalie refused to listen, she had nothing else to say.

"Officer Shaw, since you've taken my statement, am I free to leave now?"

"According to the law, you may, Ms. Sullivan," Thomas answered.

Hearing this, Natasha picked up her purse and walked out of the police station.

Natalie rushed out of the station in a hurry, but all she saw was Natasha's retreating silhouette.

"Officer Shaw! How could you let her leave like that? She's the prime suspect in the theft of a 100-million-dollar ring! How could you let her go?" Natalie exclaimed, turning around to face Thomas when she realized that she couldn't catch up with Natasha.

She wanted Natasha to be jailed as soon as possible!
