Chapter 55: Returning to San Francisco

Outside, Siku was entering her car but was wondering what was happening inside the cottage. She felt she had interrupted something but nothing seemed out of place except their surprise. She sat in the car and it drove off.

"We are good. She is suspicious but she got nothing," Emily announced to them confirming George's earlier reading of Siku.

Back in Paris, Andrews was feeling very happy, but Gabrielle felt unhappy, she had tears in her eyes. Her whole body was hurting. Andrews handled her roughly and he left her curled up in the backseat and was now in the driver's seat.

"Are you okay?" Andrews finally asked

Gabrielle did not respond but remained curled up in silence. Her clothes were still lying in the car. Thinking about the whole situation and how she allowed it to happen it dawned on her, Clara has a boyfriend and it's not Andrews. He had lied to her. She sat up
