Arms crossed, stone-faced, Serina rolled her eyes at Felix's response. As someone who dislikes listening to nonsensical sentiments, it vexes her that she is the one being called out as irrational now.
The tones of their voices have risen above their levels of tolerance, and their tempers seem to be heating up as well.
"I am just stating a possibility, Felix. We of all creatures should understand how mysterious this world is."
"And I am merely stating a fact, darling. Please don't be mad at me. I am just. . worried. Believing such nonsense won't bring you anything good, you're just wasting your precious time, I am telling you."
