It was close to midnight when Azrael brought me back to Reina’s place. I opened the front door and Reina was awake watching a sitcom on TV with an empty plate of mac and cheese with a glass of red wine.

“Welcome back. I thought you’d sleep over at his place?”

“I have to pee.” I said and headed for the bathroom.
