“I've got good and bad news for you," Lyle said to Penny as they sat at the park.

“Bad news first, please." she inched closer ready to hear what he had to say.

“Okay, I'm moving to Washington, D.C. next week." he dropped the bombshell.

“Is your dad okay?" that was the first thing that came in mind.

“Dad's, dad's fine." he sighed.

“And the good news?" she tried to clear the air. She had two more weeks left until the year ended before she moved to Washington, D.C. 

" So, I told you about my interview at Pfizer, a pharmaceutical company. Well, I had an email saying I've been hired for the Senior Director position and have to start in two weeks." he dropped.

“Oh my gosh, Lyle I am so happy for you, this is wonderful." she hugged him.

“ It's in two weeks so why leave now, we could go together," Penny suggested.
