Aciel was confused about where Maria was. He had gone to Kenzo to see the CCTV footage from last night. He also asked some of his men to look for Maria's whereabouts.

Aciel even had someone who could hack street CCTV so he could see where Maria was going. But unfortunately, the situation late at night plus the rain blocked the CCTV. Maria's traces seemed to have been erased by the torrential rain that night.
