Even before I see him, I can smell him coming.

And then I knew my hiding was over, Romero had caught up with me. The hour of truth is at hand.

I can slap myself on the head, I have been considerably fooled by him. Romero was very convincing when he said that his dream was about the future. All the subtle hints he dropped, his declaration that I would be his Luna giving birth to the triplets, should have kept me on my toes.

But in Blue Blood, I was desperate to finish the plan and get back to my cubs.

They are still small and need their mother, especially since their father was not around. Two days was too much and I was overjoyed to see them back, happy and all. Meg and Rachel did an exceptional job, my little ones hardly noticed I was gone.

When I got back to the caves, I rushed over to them. Goddess, I can hardly imagine a time without them. They are the love of my life.
