Like a dew at dawn.
Vian and I were lying beside each other on our sides looking at each other. His gaze was intense telling me all sorts of things. It was like I could understand what his eyes were saying to me. I never felt so loved just looking at any eyes until I caught sight of his pair of grey eyes.
He slowly brought one of his hands towards me and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear all the while smiling so divinely. But I couldn’t help but think that it felt like a déjà vu.
He moved closer stroking my cheek with his thumb until I could feel his breath on my face. I instinctively closed my eyes anticipating his kiss while breathing the same air as him.
“Open your eyes.” he slowly whispered on my ears sending tingles all over my body. I did as he asked and I saw him looking at me again intently.
“I love you.” He said his eyes full of emotions. It’s not the words but his gaze made me wanted to believe him

After Seven Years, I stepped out of the elevator flicking my hair over my shoulder. I walked lazily towards the direction of my office room removing my sunglasses. When I was lost in my thoughts staring at the serene view through the glass wall from my floor, I heard the door to my office room open suddenly making my body jerk in surprise reeling my mind back to the present. Listening to the whistle sound coming from behind followed by the ‘thud’ sound of the door closing, I realized who it was without even looking back. I sighed in annoyance, “Don’t you have some basic manners to knock?” I said turning around with an annoyed look. Damon gave me a ‘are you talking to me?’ look and pretended to look around like he was searching for someone else in the room. “Why are you here?” I asked him rolling my eyes. Suddenly the door opened again revealing two gentlemen carrying a huge table into the room. “What’s going on?” I asked to no one in particular in confusion watching them bringing the table while grunting.
