Michael huffed. "I consulted your doctor earlier. Your condition is stable now, and you can be discharged at any time. Are you planning to leave tomorrow or the day after? I'll book the flight."

"I'm not leaving!" Rachel was stubborn and demanded, "Where's Maxwell? I want to see him!"

Michael scoffed. "Mr. Lance is busy with his wife. I'm afraid he doesn't have time to see you."

Rachel yelled angrily, "I understand now! You and Jennifer are in cahoots! You're all in this together!"

"Ms. Walker, if Mr. Lance sees you behaving like this, I'm afraid he will like you even less." Michael reminded her.

Rachel angrily threw a cup at him and shouted, "Get out! Scram!"

And so, Michael left Rachel's ward.
