11. The Cursed Night

"I saw Alpha Aren in the college", Vienna told me while walking along the lawn of the campus.
"So what?", I shrugged. I wasn't interested in talking about him anymore.
"Well, I was just shocked. Did he know you are in this university?", we walked towards the classroom while talking.

"Oh!", she sighed. Vienna wasn't the kind of girl to dismiss the topic so soon. I held her arm and made her look at me.
"What's the matter? Why are you suddenly asking about Aren?", I raised my eyebrows. She hesitated a bit to talk first then looked at me.
"Actually, I overheard Aren talking to the Deen", she mumbled.
"What were they talking about?", I frowned.
"I couldn't hear much. But.... He was claiming you his fiance", as soon as she uttered that I felt a huge jerk inside me.
