107 - The Sin

I blinked my eyes slowly, trying to adjust my sense of sight to the light around me. There was a slight smell of medicine that entered my nostrils as soon as I regained consciousness which made me immediately understand that I was still in the medical room.

Akh, not a real medical room. But the detention room was converted into a medical room for me.

"Ugh ...."

My mouth winced with a raised hand touching my head which was now wrapped in a bandage, I just remembered that I hurt myself to make Hilbert change his mind and not keep me away from my baby, nor make my baby become the next king's successor.

But unfortunately, my efforts were futile, in fact, Hilbert still did not want to change his decision even though he had seen me full of wounds like this.

"I didn't expect Hilbert to be so stubborn, I regret it now ... I regret not being able to take good care of my baby so now we have to be separated because we were caught by that Alpha.”
