Secretary

"Where are you?" I asked and roamed my eyes around the airport. Today is the day.

"I'm shaking," I heard her.

I beamed and tried so hard not to cry. I shouldn't be crying. My sister needs me.

"Don't be. You are far away from them. I'll give Susan an allowance for helping you out."

I sighed. Susan is Noiney's only friend back home. She helped her run away from home without our parents noticing. I am ready to see what they can do to me. As long as my sister is in my hands. I am all good. I just want her in my eyes all the time. It's so hard to move without seeing what is happening to her. At least now, I can be sure she's safe.

"I am somewhere near the counter. Do you know where that is?" she said.

I smiled. "Don't move. I'll be there"

I didn't end the call. I put on my sunglasses and walked towards where she was.

I smiled widely when I saw her. My sister. Looking up and roaming her eyes at the airport as if this was the first time she left the house and was new to everything.
