Chapter Sixty-One (Amaya)

I was in shock, how the hell had history repeated itself, again I stood in a place I was unfamiliar with a creature that claimed I was his fated mate and belonged to him, and now I had an inconvenient passenger in my body. The Goddess Hekate had moved in and made herself at home.

I pushed away from him, “what gives you the right to take me away from them?”

He looked down at me with angry eyes. “I have every right to take what is mine, and you are mine.”

“I am no one's property!” I yelled at him as my anger and frustration consumed me. I felt the goddess's power bubbling beneath the surface, amplifying my own as my surrounding began to shake and move.

“Take me back.”

“You think you can order me around,” He asked with a laugh, walking towards me.”

“I am not asking. I am telling.”

“Sorry, but no, I will not return to my prison in hell, and I don’t think you have the power to force me.”

“The ring.” I heard an unfamiliar voice hiss in my head. I looked at my father's ring on my hand
