Chapter 5

Natalie then gulps as the man intimidatingly looks at her as he scrunches his eyebrows in frustration and was about to speak as then the door opens again with a slam making them focused on the door.

"Brother Alex! I heard you saved a woman" A young man entered inside and heads towards them. Natalie look at the man and tilted her head. He somehow look like a kinder version of the man who had saved her earlier as she gets unconscious. She then snapped out as the man looks at her and speaks.

"Ah there she is, I am Andrew Evans, the second Prince of Wales." He said with a friendly smile at her. Upon hearing the name of Andrew, Natalie was dumbfounded and stares to observe him. Blonde hair, Pale yet have a glowing skin. She somehow remembers the second male lead of the romance novel she was writing on. She then looks at the eldest one as well.

"Alex.. Alex Evans?" Natalie then starts to shiver as she realized something. She then tries to slap her cheeks and got surprised she felt pain. As her adrenaline kicks in she then dashes out the room and runs around the hallways. Prince Alex and Prince Andrew quickly dash and follows the female. Natalie having a hard time with the clothes she was wearing stumbled and fall on the floor, face first.

"Damn that hurts," Natalie groans as she sat up and the two princes caught up with her. She quickly stood up and looks at the two again for a long time.

“Are you ok?” Prince Andrew asked him as he slowly approaches Natalie. She continues to stare at him and steps back in process. Natalie somehow figured out somehow she’s inside her upcoming novel she was currently working on. She then starts to slowly calm herself down and looks at them and apologized at them. Being a writer and a rational person she is, she realized she needs to somehow get adapt in so she can figure out how she can come back to her own world, where her family is. Natalie looks at Prince Andrew and quickly apologize.

“My apologies Your Majesty.” She said as she then bows courtesy at him. Prince Alex watches as Prince Andrew smiles at Natalie. He observes the two as he notice somehow his brother was already charmed by the mysterious foreign girl in front of them.

“It’s quite alright,” he said as he took a step close to her again and smiles as she let her and holds her hand. “Let me ask you again, are you alright?”

Natalie nodded at the second Prince and smiles. The prince then starts to ask her about her origin and how did she come to the kingdom of Wales.

“I was actually a traveler, travelling around the world but I was attacked by the bandits and took all my belongings,” Natalie lied at the Princes as they were quietly listening and continues, acting sad in process.

“I saw the palace and decided to go ask from help when I stumbled out with the guards and him” she said as Natalie looks at the first Prince Alex. Alex just looked at her skeptically as if he knew Natalie was lying but then he just lets her because somehow deep inside him doesn’t want the girl to get in trouble with the royals or anyone in the castle for that matter. He just let her talked as he and his younger brother Prince Andrew and continues to listen to their conversation.

“That's unfortunate." Prince Andrew said as he really feels bad for Natalie. It was natural for the guy to feel bad as he has a heart as pure as gold, Natalie knew that for she was the one who created his character.

"Would you like to stay here in the castle as our guest?" he asked her. Before Natalie reacted, Prince Alex spoke.

"I think giving her some accommodation earlier and clothes were enough. She seems already want to leave." Alex said at his brother as if making him stopped helping Natalie.

Natalie frowns and looks at Prince Alex, almost regretting making him a cold hearted one as he stare at her as if he wants Natalie to eaten by him alive. She shivers at the thought then and looks at the second Prince, Prince Andrew.

"Prince Alex is right, the accommodation and clothes are already enough. I couldn't thank you both enough." Natalie said and looks at Prince Andrew with a mellow smile. The second Prince felt bad then and looks at his older brother. Natalie quietly observes as she knew she tugged Prince Andrew's heart.

"Brother please be considerate, this fair lady lost all of her belongings to the bandits, and she has nothing in her possession"

"Then let her work here as maid or something."              

Prince Alex suggested as he cross his arms and looks at Natalie, intimidating her.

"We can't let other people take advantage of us, especially a stranger."

                Natalie bit her lips then and sighs mentally. Prince Alex is right, but at the same time she was irked at his character. She then sighs in defeat.

"Then it'll be my pleasure to be one of the maids your Highness." Natalie said as she gritted her teeth in process. Prince Alex, who was a bit pleased smirks then and looks at Natalie with satisfaction.

"Alright then, from now on you are my personal maid." Prince Alex said. He was planning to watch Natalie closely as she was clearly pique his interest. Prince Andrew was about to object but Natalie quickly stops him and looks at the Eldest Prince and just agreed in the situation. Natalie thinks that in order to survive the palace she need to go with the flow. She also thinks that in order to provide the things she needed she needed to have a job."It'll be my greatest pleasure to serve you from now on Prince Alex" Natalie said as he countlessly bows at him. Prince Andrew just watches as Prince Alex looks at Natalie and told her that her duty as her personal maid will be starting early tomorrow before leaving the two on the hallways.
