CHAPTER 8 (PLEASE BE MY GIRL)
The sound of the birds chirping at the trees blessed the atmosphere,the distant happy screams and laughter of kids playing and the sun smiling at every creature within it's reach.
It was a Saturday,Henry had taken Jane to the park for sight seeing. They walked together for awhile. While Jane was enjoying the view and having the fun of her life,Henry was staring at her.He had something he wanted to say to her but he felt the words he was about to say weren't constructed well enough for her to hear. Jane noticed his absence in the conversations that she brought up countless times then she paused and looked at him. He was indeed not present. She decided to converse with him.
"I noticed you have been quiet since we got here"she said.
"It's really nothing. I brought you out here to have fun".

Henry knew his father more than anyone that something was definitely troubling him. He walked close to him,but yet still Wilberforce still didn't notice him. He then tapped him on his shoulder which was what helped him out of his thoughts. Turning around,he sees his concerned looking son. Wilberforce never liked any of his children meeting him in that state, but he as well never wanted to lie to them. "Dad are you okay?"he asked . "Almost but yes" "What could be troubling you then?"
