CHAPTER 16 (MEETING HENRY'S DAD 2)
After they were done with lunch,Jane cleared the table and urged Henry to go check on his father.
"Why don't you go check if your dad is okay and tell him we are ready to go"
"Okay will do"he stood up from the chair and went upstairs.
Wilberforce was standing by his window. One could tell that he was in deep thoughts. He was so lost in what he was thinking that he didn't notice Henry come in. Henry knew his father more than anyone that something was definitely troubling him. He walked close to him,but yet still Wilberforce still didn't notice him. He then tapped him on his shoulder which was what helped him out of his thoughts.
Turning around,he sees his concerned looking son. Wilberforce never liked any of his children meeting him in that state, but he as well never wanted to lie to them.
"Dad are you okay?"he asked .
"Almost but yes"
"What could be troubling you then?"
