CHAPTER FOURTEEN - SMELL OF DISASTER

I ended up getting a perfect grade on my biology homework. But not on my merits, it was completely Antony's. That since yesterday he was still cold with me and avoiding any chat that wasn't necessary. I left him alone and gave him space to get used to my "threatening and monstrous" presence that he must think of me. But until that didn't happen, I had Mandy who would always come and chat with me. And even though we talked about pretty much everything, I left out what had happened. I couldn't spread it to anyone else, even if I trusted her.

"Did you and Antony fight?" She asked me during the break. "I thought they were like meat and nails.

"We had a disagreement." I said.

"And why?" She smiled, probably seeing my "I don't want to talk about it" face.

"It was about work. No big deal. He's just... Stubborn." She heard me and seemed to accept it, as she shrugged uninterestedly.

"Got it. You'll be talking to each other soon." She looked around the courtyard. Blonde hair tied in a pony
