CHAPTER TEN.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Ryan rushed accross the hallway leading to Xavier's office, colliding with a pack member in the process. He wasn't even sure how Xavier would react and whether or not he would actually go to see Myra. He knocked on the door but before he could answer, he barged in.

It was the usual scene, the one of xavier with another woman. Perhaps he knew he would see such a thing, or had seen such a scene too many times so it didn't faze him. But still his heart hurt for Myra, for he had seen her wish to be accepted by her mate and her desire to be loved. And most of all, he could still see the hope in Myra's eyes whenever he talked of Xavier.

She didn't deserve all the pain Xavier was giving her, that was the first thought he had when he entered that office. He would give so much just to have a mate, and here he was messing up his relationship with his mate.

"Myra needs you" was all he managed to say.
