The next morning Anita was on the training grounds early, she trained and took out all her frustration on the training. By the time the warriors and everyone else came for training she was already sweating and breathing heavily. They joined into the training, she trained harder than she ever did before, she pushed herself harder and no one said anything. They had been training for a while now, the warriors and others were tired but they never said anything.
