Maxine groaned slowly before finally opening her eyes, looking at Maxim who was asleep while hugging her. She flashed a smile, then removed Maxim's arm from her waist, then went to the bathroom to just wash her face and brush her teeth.
After completing her regular activities in the morning, Maxine returned to her room, looked at Maxim who was still sleeping on the bed, then went to the kitchen with a cell phone in her left hand.
The phone's ring echoed, interspersed with the subtle sound of the coffee maker in front of Maxine. She hurriedly received the call, after seeing her brother's name on the screen.
"Hi, have you guys already arrived in Chilcester?"
Maxine greeted her brother cheerfully, even as a smile adorned her face. Obviously, Maxine looked and sounded
"Is she okay? Mmm... I mean—"[Don't worry, mom just cried a little.]Maxine nodded softly. "Thank God..." she added.[go eat your breakfast! I'm going to play with our other cousins.]Maxine smiled broadly. She was happy to hear Liam's cheerful voice across the street. Liam is a typical carefree man, but his excitement at Hillcester, and in Daniela's hometown of Chilhester, is much different."Okay. Talk to you later!"[okay.]"Have fun!"[Sure. Bye!]Maxine sat down, occupying an empty chair on Maxim's right side at the dinner table. She
[Did Maxim remain in that location?]When Leo answered the first call that came into his phone this morning, the soft, worried voice was the first voice and sentence he heard.Leo shifted his sleeping position, tilted his head to the right, and looked at the round clock on the nightstand. It is currently 6:07 a.m.It was too soon. His thought process."Lisa? What happened to you? Is it true that he didn't return home last night?"Although Leo despises his hoarseness when he wakes up, he must voice it this time because his phone suddenly rings and even roars several times.Lisa can be heard sighing resignedly — irritably —
Ivan rushes to the Kellys' residence after Leo arrives and says about the plan Lisa made, to ambush Maxim that morning. Lisa just wanted to make sure that her sister was staying there, hoping something sweet caught their eye that morning.Fortunately, when Leo came, Ivan had just finished bathing and hadn't had time to enjoy his vegetarian breakfast. Leo asked him to rush to Kelly’s residence right then and there.Troublesome.Thought Ivan.Regardless of how annoying Leo was when ordered to hurry, Ivan was given full power to do or say anything to make Maxim and Maxine panic that morning. So with full confidence, accompanied by the latest black sneakers from one of the local brands that are being loved by young people
A pair of gray eyes stared straight at Maxine. Her cold and sharp look did not shock the girl's heart. There was not the slightest fear radiating in her shiny-looking green irises exposed to the light that slipped from the gap of the door that was wide opened by uninvited guests. The tall and thin woman stepped onto the Kelly Family's dining room. Her age is around her mid or late forties, but her face still looks so beautiful without wrinkles, showing no signs of aging in the slightest.Marta Stone, wife of Jase Stone, and mother of Maxim and Lisa was staring at Maxine with a menacing look — not liking it."I just want to get my son out of this house," Marta exclaimed loudly. Her speech was no less cold than the look of her gray eyes that were as cold as chunks of
As everyone left, Maxine brought her bag and suitcase back into her room on the second floor just as Ivan returned along with the two boards with the length Maxine wanted. He was tracking Maxine when the girl asked him to come to the second floor together."I'm sorry, I'm really troublesome," Maxine said with a shock she couldn't hide. The girl even turned her head when Ivan didn't answer. "This is the first and last time I ask for help from you," she said.Ivan nodded slowly. He placed a box containing a drilling machine as well as a longboard that he carried on the floor, after getting instructions from the homeowner."You're not leaving?" asked Ivan. His voice sounded stable and polite. Obviously, they want to keep limits because they are not close friends.
Maxine's presence has become one of the few things worth it. Imagining such unnecessary things, Maxim swiftly shook his head. He didn't want it to be a truth he would hate.Maxim clenched his fists while hardening his jaws. Whether he got a push from where he suddenly threw the phone in his grasp into the ocean under his feet that was thrashing because it was tidying. At the same time, he felt sorry for doing so, because the second the phone sank, he heard a ring devoted to Maxine's contacts. No! He finally called me, but I just threw it away. Stupid! Maxim thoughtMaxim roared —screaming in annoyance at the stupidity he had just made. He could have thrown his phone. In fact, there are several photos of Maxine that sh
That afternoon, Maxine begins to run out of ideas to fill her free time in hiding places. When she saw the surroundings were deserted, Maxine decided to breathe fresh air in her backyard.Silence, unlike the previous days. Everyone goes to the Beer Festival in central Hillcester which is held twice a year.Maxine swept her gaze, watching the foliage begin to fall into the courtyard of some of her neighbor's houses. Spring is approaching. She thought. She smiled as a cold breeze swept across the skin of her face. She loves the cold spring air. Although it began to feel piercing, there was a splash of warmth when sweeping her face. That's one of the things Maxine likes in the spring, other than seeing dry foliage fall off.
Lisa chuckled, almost bursting into laughter at the rejection sentence Maxine had just uttered. Although her speech was calm, even her gaze was expressionless, Lisa could clearly see that Maxine seemed to want to say that notification from her was not something Maxim had been waiting for because she was jealous. But in an instant, Lisa clenched her mouth, because Maxine tried hard to break the assumption even though Lisa did not convey it directly."I don't want to be a destroyer of their relationship," she said quietly.Maxine got up from her seat, then walked to the spot where the only long window that matched Maxine's height, just behind Lisa's back. The girl stared straight into the empty streets with dry foliage flying in the wind."I don't want to cause any problem
