"Stop!" Just then, a middle-aged man's breathless voice rang out.

When Vivianne saw the person, her expression instantly changed. The man was none other than her father, Theodore.

Theodore hastily apologized to Frederick. "Mr. York, please forgive my daughter's ignorance."

When Frederick heard that Vivianne was Theodore's daughter, the cold air around him slowly dissipated.

Vivianne puffed up her cheeks in anger, but she didn't dare to disobey Theodore. She walked up to Frederick and then spoke, dragging out her vowels in reluctance. "I'm sorry, Mr. York."
