Chapter Fifty-five

Dahlia's POV

"Awwwww My baby is having a baby, I am so excited to welcome my grand baby!" my Mum exclaims with happiness, she has been so supportive since I told her about my life in Japan. She didn't judge me or make me feel like a failure, but instead she made me feel brave for all that I've been through.

Coming back to the US was a fast pace plan, I didn't believe I was going to push through with returning home but here we are. Sara, myself and my Mum, having dinner as a family. Since my mum lives in a decent apartment in New York, Sara had suggested we get our own apartment and avoid inconveniencing my Mum.

She had already looked for an apartment the night when I returned home and had a break down. She was in close contact with a housing agent in the US who had shown her a few high-end 3 bedroom apartments not far from where my mum lives.
