CHICHIThe secretary to the company knocked on Chichi's office and enters with a file, she drops the file on Chichi's table and informs her about the new update of the proposal defense which was formerly scheduled for Twelve noon but has now been moved by two hours. Chichi finds it very uncomfortable because she will be delayed by extra hours that she might not be getting paid for, she asked the secretary what might have caused the change in time and plan because it just affected hers, the secretary informs her that the boss of the said company is meant to be present at the defense but had some delay so he called few minutes ago for a reschedule. SUSANIt's been eight weeks since Henry left for Scotland, being all by herself in the house keeps making Susan sick. Henry gets to call once or twice a day and some days, he doesn't call at all. She knows he has been avoiding her recently because of her constant inquiry for updates regarding the job he promised to get for her, his attitude is starting to piss her off and she wishes she hadn't relocated with him. She would have had someone to hang out with and talk to more often other than keeping to herself if she was an outgoing person but she barely steps out of her house except on rare occasions which has made it harder for her to make new friends since she arrived in the states. The only option she has other than going to the grocery store to shop or going for a walk is to make lengthy calls with her mother to complain bitterly and most times she doesn't want to bug her with calls because her complaints were getting too consistent. NORAWorkload has been intense since the cut down of staff, Nora knew it was going to be hectic but never expected it to be on the extreme. She hasn't had six hours sleep in a week now and hasn't gone home in three days which is so unlike her. The M.D is taken back by her statement, he doesn't know how to react but he couldn't conceal the fact that he never expected to hear good news, not after the stunt she had pulled in the presence of the board of directors two days ago, he had to be sure she is not pulling his legs
