CHICHIChichi steps on the brake suddenly at the middle of the road, she struggles to catch her breath, herhands are shaking terribly but still fixed on the steering. She looks at the time and wonders "who on earth knocks on people's doors in the middle of the night?" Susan on the other hand heaves a sigh of relief as the knock interrupted their talk time at the right time. She chips in quickly "It must be your neighbor or anyone from the compound or who else has the key to the main gate?" Tade raised and dropped her shoulders indicating that she has no idea why her neighbor would be knocking on her door since she wasn't even friendly to any one of them right from inception to avoid any interference in her private life. One thing Tade has learned in time was to make friends everywhere except her house or street, she gained enough bad publicity on her street after her wedding which ended up in shams. For months, she walked in shame, and most times she wishes the ground could open and swallow her every time she hears people talking o

TADE"Tade, where did you drop your manners? At least invite me in" Jide spurts as he tries to make his way into Tade's apartment. Tade blocks the entrance firmly with the support of her friends, one disgusting look at him from head to toe, down to his baggage hanging behind him, Tade scoffs "Invite you in? Does this place look like your family house? You are dead to me! Go back to whatever hole you crawled out from" "Hey! I'm still your husband you know? At least until I dissolve whatever is between us, I still stand as your husband and I have my rights over you" Jide snarls making Tade furious the more but she is being held back by her friends, she assures them that she is calm, and wouldn't do anything stupid but she needs to give him a response.
