A week had passed since Peter died. But it felt like it happened a day ago. It still didn't feel real. It was like a bad nightmare and all I wanted was to be woken up from it. Had my mother not say anything to help lift my spirits, I would have not even gone to school. Having her by my side was exactly what I had needed at the time. I dragged my feet to my locker and pulled out a geography textbook. Before I could even close the locker, I saw three shadows behind me. I could tell who they belonged to because of the smell of their deodorant.

"What do you want?" I asked.

Anne aggressively grabbed me by the hand and pushed me to the locker, her sister took the opportunity and pinned me there with her muscular athletic body. Tyler was a distance away, looking out for any teacher's, as he always did.

"Can't you see I'm in a bad shape?" I asked.

The Finley sister's began to laugh.

"Remember when you embarrassed us in front of the entire school?" Anne asked.

Her breath smelled
