What was she doing to me? I couldn't bring myself to sleep with any other woman and I couldn't even bring myself to touch her without my demon trying to harm her.

Would she be able to save me or be my demise? I wasn't even sure. She seemed weak, she didn't show any proof of strength. Is she hiding something from me? Or was the moon goddess mistaken?

I dragged her into the front seat of my black sports car, banging on the door behind me and jumped into the driver's seat.

I stamped my foot on the accelerator and zoomed off. I was going at two forty meters per hour. The fastest I have ever driven.

My life wasn’t at risk. A mere car crash wouldn’t end my life. I have tried a million times and always survived it. I wasn't driving to kill myself nor her. I wanted to know if she was hiding her true self from me.

The witches said only my true mate would save me, only her possess the powers. But here is my mate but with no powers.
