CHAPTER THREE

Their heads were bowed and they were thinking about the current predicament "At the very least, I am a better option than the other guy, Danny. Mr. and Mrs. Parker, don't you think?" I remarked this as I took a sip from my cup.

They both gazed at each other for two minutes before saying, "All fine, but just for six months, and after that, if she doesn't choose to be with you, you will leave her with no repercussions."

"Excellent, deal!" Anyway, six months is more than enough time for me to avenge myself. We were talking about something unimportant, and I was becoming bored when I heard footsteps from behind me.

There stood the perfectly pure and innocent girl, who looked nothing like her parents at all, with a gorgeous face, a pure heart, and an innocent appearance.

Wait... What the heck am I thinking yet there is no doubt that she is lovely her lips, look, hair, everything about her was wonderful but this girl's eyes were identical to my late brother's, and this irritated me.

"Good morning, Mom and Dad," she says with a smile.

"Good morning, Dear," they said, smiling.

"And... Good morning to you as well, Mr..." she added with a loving smile.

"Daniel… and I'm here to-"

"Dear, he's my friend's son, Daniel, and he's here to take you to his house for a little while so you can spend some time with him," her father said, interrupting me halfway through.

"Excuse me, but what do you mean; he is here to take me with him?" she inquired, perplexed.

"Dear, the problem is that your grandfather has recently become ill and has asked us to pay him a visit before he dies (God bless him with health). So, we're thinking about paying him a visit during this time, so why don't you go and stay with him?" Her mother said this with a sad expression on her face.

'What a performance, boys! You're killing it!'

"All right, no worries, I'll go with Danny and remain with him, hmm?" She told them, and when I heard that name, I felt a surge of rage.

"Don't talk about him, and you know we'll never agree to that term of yours; we also don't like that person; he's no good for you, baby; why don't you listen to us and keep away from him?" He was a little harsh in his words.

"But if I love him and he loves me, what harm can it do?"

"How about you go live with him for a time, and when we return, you may select whatever you like, but we hope you choose whoever is better for your own sake," they challenged her to make her agree to their terms...

She paused for a moment before saying, "Deal, but don't go back on your words afterward."

"Don't worry sweetie, we won't, now go and pack your luggage," they said with a smile.

"Now?" she asked, perplexed.

"Yeah, now," they said, cheerfully beaming at her moves.

"Whatever," she murmured as she returned to her room to pack her belongings.

JAMIMA'S POV:

"Goodbye, Mom. Dad, Have a safe journey, "I whispered this to my parents as I hugged them passionately.

"Goodbye, sweetheart. Remember, if anything strange happens or if he tries to harm you in any way, don't hesitate to phone us; we'll always be there for you. Just remember one phone call," dad gently whispered in my ear while hugging me back.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of everything," I replied, kissing my father on the cheek and beginning to walk towards Daniel's car.

Daniel was already waiting for me in the car, and as I sat down, he started the engine and we drove to his house.

In the car, there was an unsettling stillness. He didn't even look at me once as he drove the car. 'Does he genuinely want to marry me?'

When I looked at him while he was driving, he appeared to be very peaceful, and his posture seemed to relax. I had to admit that he is very attractive, and his toned skin was very appealing.

I felt compelled to stroke his smooth, toned flesh. His lips were closed in a thin line, but his eyes were difficult to read, displaying a range of emotions. I'm not sure why, but it seemed to me that he was lonely and needed someone to comfort him.

Yeah, he's the most attractive man I've ever met in my life. Still, I have Danny, who is also a really attractive man, and I'm glad to be with him. I don't want to be with this person I just met, and who knows if he has any bad intentions.

"Are you done staring or are you still not satisfied?" Suddenly, he exclaimed, yanking me out of my reverie; how did he know I was staring at him?!

"We... Well, for your knowledge, I'm not staring, and anyhow, I already have a boyfriend who is far more attractive than you," I clarified so that he didn't misinterpret me.

He slammed on the brakes and brought the car to a halt. He accelerated out of his seat at a rate that was imperceptible to the human eye. 'How did he manage to do that?'

I didn't know how or when it happened, but he was now in front of me, only a few inches away from my face.

"What exactly are you doing?! I've already said that I have a boyfriend. So don't even think about taking advantage of me; I'm not interested in you. Could you kindly refrain from coming this close the next time? "I told him this while attempting to appear stern.

He began laughing instead of taking my comments seriously. Why is he laughing? Is he going insane after discovering that I already have someone else whom I adore?

"Look, I know it's difficult for you to realize that, despite your attractive appearance, there is someone who would not fall for you, but you have to accept it, and you can find someone much better than me," I encouraged him, fearing that I had harmed his pride.

Instead of carefully listening to me and comprehending what I was saying, he burst out laughing. Is he truly insane?!

He got closer to me and whispered in my ear, "Seems like you really adore your little guy; but does he love you as much as you do?"

His voice had a tinge of irony to it. What does he intend by saying such a dumb thing right now? So, without thinking for more than a second, I responded to him.

"Of course he does!" I muttered this as I moved away from him.

"Okay! So, do you know what your boyfriend's little secret is?" He inquired, amused by my response.

When he said, I narrowed my eyes "What exactly do you mean by his secret? I know everything there is to know about him "I answered firmly, crossing my arms across my chest.

"I see! That proves my instincts were correct! You really don't know anything about your little guy, Danny! "He made a disparaging remark.

"Wait, you know Danny?" I inquired, perplexed.

"More than you do, little one," he sneered as he walked away to restart the car.

"How, though?" I inquired but received no response, so I tried again, but this time I was serious. "Daniel, I asked how?" I inquired.

"Do.Not.Call.Me.By.My.Name.Again! Because someone like you do not deserve it" His unexpected outburst frightens me. Is he mentally ill or is there something else wrong with him?

Calming myself, I inquired, "So, if not your name, what should I call you? Should I say Tommy, or should I say Doggy?"

But the response he gave me was completely unexpected. He abruptly seized my chin and forced me to look into his eyes—his eyes were dark red, “Dare to call me that again!" he exclaimed in a loud tone.

Well, I have to admit that this time I was truly terrified.

"From now on, I'm your Master, and you're my personal slave," he said. I tried to cut him, but he pushed my jawline hard enough to force me to close my mouth and continued, "There will be no more disagreements, and you are not permitted to tell anyone that I brought you there. You are not allowed to speak since you are nothing more than a slave. Sophie will explain the rest of the rules. So, for the time being, just shut your freaking mouth, understood?"

I nodded but didn't say anything. 'Why must I live as a slave?!  I need to tell Dad everything—No! Danny! Yes, I have to inform Danny about everything; I can't live with this maniac any longer. Who knows what will happen if he tries to kill me? I don't want to die in this way, especially at the hands of this lunatic.

The rest of the drive was silent since none of us said anything. I peered out the window while driving and was astounded: Where am I?! I'd never heard of this unusual place before, and the road felt dark—way too dark—with no one outside. But I didn't ask him anything since I was afraid he'd become upset at me again for no reason.

We were driving down a route that wound through the lush woodland.
