Chapter 18

Catherine stood up in anger and moved closer to James. She pointed her ring finger at his chest and said coldly.

"You will regret this. I promise you"

With that, she took her file and walked out of the board room. Everyone was silent, James was amused because nobody had ever talked to him in that manner. Not even his associates.

"See me in my office," he told Claudia and left the room. Each of them left the room with a sad face except Claudia. James specially appointed Claudia just to hurt Catherine. He smiled at the horror on her face when he finished with his announcement and entered his office while Claudia followed behind.

Catherine was not going to take that. She packed all her stuff and left the office. She met James in the hallway coming out of his office with Claudia.

Claudia came to her and said.

"Catherine, where are you going to do with all this stuff? I hope you are not leaving because of me. Please Mr. James do something." She sneered
