A deal. Contract?

“How was the date?” Emily asks in excitement. Right before Coral starts to speak, she notices her mother coming from the left side. Then her grandfather and later her father. Great, everyone is here.

With a tight smile, she fidgets with her fingers and thinks about where to start. She only wanted to tell her father and parent but now she has to tell everyone.

“Tell us, Coral. How was the date? Did you two click?” Emily urges, seeming more excited than anyone.

Coral let out a nervous laugh and says, “Why don't we sit down first? Mom? Can I have a lemonade please?”

Jade smiles and goes to the kitchen to make lemonade. The others amble towards the living area and take their seats.

“C'mon Coral. The suspense is killing me!” Emily teases. Sometimes, Coral wishes her aunt to keep her mouth shut so as to stop annoying her.
