Spill everything

Coral texts Chloe that she will be present at their decided spot in fifteen minutes. She exits from her room and heads downstairs. “Coral! Come, have breakfast!” Jade calls sweetly while serving juice to her father-in-law. Coral goes to the dining table and greets everyone. “I am actually going to meet Chloe, so I will eat there.”

“Chloe or someone else, huh?” Emily teases her by wiggling her eyebrows and taking bites of buttered bread. Coral gives her a look signaling with her eyes to keep shut.

“Kid, you must be present at lunch,” Coral's grandfather tells with a smile. Coral questions, “Of course, pa. But is there something special?”

“Yes, I am going to prepare the lunch today!” he says with enthusiasm, and Coral chuckles. She gives a hug to him saying she will definitely be present. Coral's mother stuffs a small piece of waffle in her mouth and tells her to eat it.

“I don't believe you when you say you will eat outside, “ Jade says in worry. “Remember to eat, okay?” Coral nods, chewing the waffle. She says goodbye to the family members and walks out of the mansion. Opening the door of her black Porsche, she inserts the key and starts the engine. She drives the car to the gates and goes to the destination.

CHLOE arrives a minute earlier than Coral. She knows what Coral likes so she orders for both of them. “One English breakfast, croissants, and cream cheese bagel“ she orders and checks outside the glass door for the sign of Coral. Coral comes at that moment and finds Chloe at the front joint. She walks up to her and gives her a hug.

“You ordered?” she asks. Chloe nods and tells her to go and sit at the table she booked. Coral goes to the seat at the window side and plants her ass on the brown couch. Chloe comes a minute later and sits opposite Coral. “I called Kelly too. She will be here any minute.”

Coral says nothing and sips on the smoothie that Chloe ordered. The waiter comes to a while later with the tray in his hand and places it on the wooden table. Chloe takes her English breakfast plate, Coral the croissant plate and leaves the cream cheese bagels to Chloe's left for Kelly. “So” Chloe starts, indirectly telling Coral to spill about last night's adventure.

“Kelly's here!” she says and waves her arm for Kelly who just enter. With the noodle strap top and shorts, Kelly always manages to look casually hot. “Hey” Kelly greets and takes her seat beside Chloe. Chloe shifts the plate to her side.

“Coral, you feeling well? No hangover?” Kelly asks with amusement and also worry.

Before Coral can answer, Chloe chimes, “How can she have a hangover possibly? Remember she had a one-night stand with someone?”

Coral rolls her eyes at Chloe's words. “Since you know everything, it's no use repeating again, right?” Coral teases and Chloe makes a face.

“You promised! You can't go back on your words, Coral Shen!”

“Geez, Chloe. Stop being dramatic” Kelly scolds her lightly by nudging her elbow.

“I am being dramatic? All thanks to her who has me worried like sick!”

“Sorry, alright! I wasn't thinking straight. Anyway, do you want to hear or not?” Like good girls, Kelly and Chloe nod in unison and lean forward to hear each word attentively. Coral starts with the description of the place and then about her thoughts of the stranger. She blushes to talk about how hot and amazing the man was in bed. She ends by saying, “The most amazing sex I ever had, seriously.” Chloe listens with her mouth form in the shape of O, half in surprise and half in disbelief. “So you don't know his name Or anything?”

“It was the policy to not reveal anything about any of the guests there.” Chloe rolls her eyes and lets out a breath. “I still can't believe you had a one-night stand,” Kelly says with amusement.

“That's nothing great. What if the man had STDs or some kind of disease? Ew” Chloe expresses her disgusting concerns.

“Stop with that” Coral shoots her a dirty look. “He didn't have any problem” she lies because she thinks it's the truth.

“You don't know his name, nor how he looks. It's like having intercourse with a ghost” Chloe jokes to which Coral cocks an eyebrow. Coral had thought something like this will happen where Chloe will be the one to tease her. Coral does feel a little bad that she doesn't know his name or what he looks like. Kelly nudges Chloe to be a little considerate judging the way Coral's face has sunken.

“Sorry, I shouldn't have demotivated you as this” Chloe says with a pout. Coral chuckles finding her cute.

“So um, you never gonna meet him right?” “That is what one-night stands are, duh” Kelly deadpans and sips on her drink.

Chloe ignores Kelly's remark and waits for Coral's reply. Coral bites her lower lip, having the thought that she wants to meet him again. She does not want it to be just a one-night stand.

“I want to meet him again” she blushes at his mention. Usually, her friend would have cringed over this but Chloe can see that she genuinely wants to see the mysterious guy. She also notices that her best friend, for the first time, shows interest in a guy that is more than just mild likeness.

“How? We are living in a country of more than 7 million people! Even the cops couldn't find him.” Coral is well aware of that. She is aware of the fact that she will never see him again, but a small ray of hope that she might bump into him is what makes her optimistic.

“I will try.” Chloe and Kelly both nod at each other wondering the same thing that it is impossible to find him. If she somewhat knew his face, then they could have been a little optimistic about it, but Coral knows nothing about the man.

“Anyway, leave your hot mystery guy aside. Aren't you going on a date with the Anders son?” At the mention of that, Coral groans as if irritated to hear about him. She has no interest– minus zero– to go on a date with Lucian Anders.

She has never seen him and the fact that he doesn't show his face in the media is a big question. As far as she has heard of him, he is one of the successful businessman tycoons handling Anders Inc. all by himself as the CEO. He is only 27 and the youngest CEO of A city. Coral searched him online but found nothing except about how great and genius the man is. She thought that he must be really ugly for he didn't have a single picture clicked by the media.

“My Dad would carry me to my date spot if I acted stupid” Coral groans, twirling the straw in the long neck glass.

“Just meet him. You have been dodging him for a long time. And coincidentally you might like him. Who knows?”

“Yeah.” That's the end of the Lucian Anders topic. Coral changes the topic to something else, not interested in talking about guys anymore. She now thinks that there's really not any way to see him again.
