I had managed to avoid Aziel all day yesterday, it was made easier by his need to also avoid me. Clearly, we weren’t going to talk about what took place in his office. Which was good because I couldn’t think of anything to explain what had occurred. Today, it was already different, it’s like wherever I went in the house or outside I was followed by a rather large shadow. I large shadow that refused to say anything. I was starting to become extremely annoyed.

“Are you going to keep following me around all day? Could you at least say something?” I broke the silence between us while continuing to stare at the book I had been trying to read for the past ten minutes. Putting it down I turned and stared at him.

“I didn’t think you would want to talk.” He huffed while looking at the book he was pretending to read. It appeared to be some form of romance. I wonder why he chose that one or was it just the first one he could manage to grab?
