Jacob dialled Kennedy,one of his subordinate's number once Adam dropped the call.
Kennedy Peters is one of the managing directors of the King's company.He is the one in charge of the King's company which deals in car purchase in Lagos.Kennedy was still in the office and was tidying up his paperwork for the day when his phone rang.Only three people had this line,it could either be his boss,wife or his mother.He thought the call was probably from his wife who doesn't want him keeping late night.He just spoke with her few minutes ago.
"What can't possibly wait till I get home",he thought.
He decided to pick her call before she starts thinking maybe something is wrong with him.He took his phone and saw that it was his boss calling him.He thanked his stars that the phone was still ringing and picked the call.
His boss, Jacob Smith hates calling twice,if you don't pick his call once,it is likely you end up losing your job.
