Chapter 21
"You wanted to say something",Adam asked Amanda.
"Nevermind", Amanda replied.
"It's time for her injection",the nurse spoke dropping the small injection tray on the table.
Adam stood up and went out giving Amanda privacy.He closed the door and waited in the hall.
"The nurse opened the door and came out of the room when she was done giving Amanda the injection.
"She will soon sleep,you can go out and relax and come back later by the time she wakes up, maybe in two to three hours",the nurse told Adam.
"Thank you",he replied and entered the room.
He saw that Amanda was already drowsy.He sat down by her bedside and soon heard her breathing and knew that she was asleep.
He brought out his phone, connected his data and opened his WhatsApp.He saw that he had not replied Jacob and he typed, "Thank you" to him.
