Chapter 24
Adam parked the car in front of the house and they went out of the car,each carrying two of the packaged food.They entered the house and saw Samantha and John sitting in the living room.
Samantha was pressing her phone when they entered,she looked up briefly when she heard the door open and continued with what she was doing on her phone.
Adam and Evelyn greeted Samantha and John and John replied their greetings.Samantha did as though she did not hear them.
"Mom,we are greeting you",Evelyn said.
"Why should I respond when I am hungry",She replied.
"Samantha,why won't you respond their greetings.Atleast you know they are coming from the hospital,you should first greet them and ask of Amanda before you ask for food.And you should be ashamed to ask them for food, they are just coming home since morning that they went out",John spoke.
