It felt like the blood was rushing through my ears at super speed, and even though it was just wind against my face, my chest felt tight with worry that someone would spot me. Alyssa's POV.I woke up with a start, my heart racing and sweat running down my face, making the pillow sticky beneath me. I took a breath to try and steady myself before pulling the covers off of my body. The cool air hitting my hot skin made me shiver slightly as it brushed across the sensitive areas below my ribs.
