Eliane POV
Today was the best day ever. The tests were quite easy and truth to be told, The only times I thought about it were when the supervisors in the test center gave us the start signal. The only thing I had in mind was Alex and Alex's smile. Everything he did today was perfect, he even thought about Maya's coffee and my apple juice.
During the ride, he kept talking to me trying to calm me down. What he didn't know was that I was so nervous just because I was around him. I kept stealing glances at him, I never knew that a man driving could be this alluring. Somehow the veins bulging from the back of his hands were mesmerizing on their own.
What almost made me mess up my Social Studies test was his out of the blue hug. It was the first time I ever felt this way. W

Eliane POVWe decided to go for a take out, with werewolves everywhere, there would be no privacy in any restaurant or dinner. I bet everyone would be listening to our conversation. I usually don't care but I didn't want anyone to hear what I was about to tell Maya.I thought that I wasn't really hungry but when Maya got back in the car with a big paper bag smelling of Tacos, Quesadillas and Burritos my stomach started growling. Maya POVI carefully laid down Eliane on the back seat and covered her with my jacket. I moved to the front seat and started the car. Inside my head was like a hurricane, a tornado of mixed emotions and a rainstorm of painful memories.During the ride back I kept remembering every word she said. Deep down I know that she kept to herself way more than she told me. Part of me wants to hear more but the other part is just scared to steer up something I can't handle.I turned off the engine once parked in front of the house and leaned back on my seat. I didn't want to get inside, I was tempted to grab our bags and drive far away from this place. This place is dangerous for both of us, for everything we built up during the last years.

Eliane POVAn annoying sound infiltrated my perfectly peaceful sleep. You know the sensation of floating in a very comfortable position in your sleep and then the sound of the alarm ruining the mood. I sat up blinking while searching for my phone to turn off the alarm.When my hands didn't find it on the nightstand or under my pillow, I looked around the room until I found my bag on the desk. I stood up and dragged my feet toward the bag, It didn't take long to find the phone. I grabbed it and walked to the bathroom.While I was done doing my business, I tried to unlock the phone but the screen remained black. It took me a couple of seconds to remember that I had turned it off yesterday. Little by little, yesterday's events came back to me clearing my drowsy head.

Maya POVWe resumed our breakfast after checking Eliane's results. I was so proud of her, everything was the result of her own dedication and perseverance. Alex was looking at her with a new light, I guess he just realized how lucky he is to have her as a mate. Eliane POVI looked around me not finding the right words to describe how I felt. The decorated area by the oak tree was beautiful and cozy, everything looked magical. I could tell how much time and effort they spent on decorating this place, they did it for me. Maya POVThe whole graduation party thing was a nice gesture toward Eliane, simple and touching at the same time. I knew she'd like it and appreciate this first experience. After all, it has always been just the two of us. What I didn't expect was Eliane's reaction toward them, she was opening up to them and letting her walls down little by little. I don't think she's even aware of it.I watched her relaxed interaction with the kids. She was leaning slightly toward Alex who never left her side. His eyes were always on her, making sure she was comfortable and didn't need anything. He would hand her water before she could ask him. Alexia, too, was very attentive. Eliane POVI couldn't sleep, no matter how much I tried I just couldn't. When my mind wasn't replaying today's events, my heart was almost exploding with excitement and anticipation for tomorrow's date. My first date ever, I still can't believe he asked me out.
