"Are you kidding me!!" Uncle Luca hissed the moment his eyes fell on uncle Rain. The latter was grinning from one ear to the other. He was enjoying the reaction of our host.
"Rain!! I swear.."
"Guys!!" I whisper yelled, gaining their attention. I glared at both of them before nodding at the stroller by my side. Uncle Luca's eyes softened immediately. He bends down, forgetting all about the oversized kid behind me.
"Hello there, welcome to my home." He gestured with his arms to all the area around him. The kids looked at him with awe.

Maya POVOnce out of the supermarket, I start running through the poorly lightened parking lot pushing a very dysfunctional cart. I get to my car, unlock it and start throwing my groceries on the backseats while getting drenched by the hard rain. The weather is supposed to get worst during the next few days. Maya POVI put the last two bags in the back seats then closed the door and leaned on it. I can't get the sight of Eliane sitting in the empty apartment lost in her thoughts out of my mind. I close my eyes and take deep breathes to calm myself, I need to be strong for this.After few minutes I get inside the coffee shop and walk to the counter. I order our smoothies then pull out my phone to check my emails, half way through it I felt eyes on me but I didn't give it much importance until I felt a presence behind me. I turn around abruptly to be greeted by a big buff guy in his mid twenties, blond messy hair and green eyes, his clothes were kind of ragged. Maya POVSince the moment we stepped out of the car, Eliane was as tense as a stick. She was holding my hand the whole time. I could tell when we passed a pack member from the way she squeezed my hand. When we got inside the dinner, It was obvious from the way she looked at the young couple that she longed for her own kind. When they left, I could see her pain. Eliane POVSleeping early yesterday was for the best, I woke up in a good mood and full of energy. The fact that we are having dinner with the two top families of the Northmoon pack made me feel excited. After breakfast, I started making the brownies while Maya went up to finish unpacking her boxes. Maya POVRain was a real gentleman, that's a fact. From the moment he picked us up, he made sure to make us feel comfortable and ease our nerves. He even managed to make Eliane giggle a couple of times. But my favorite moment was when he smacked his son's head. I know it's mean but I really enjoyed.The Luna on the other hand was the type of person I usually try to avoid. She was the over-friendly type, the kind to wear a smile all the time and her daughter was a mini version of her.
