Rosalyn felt a combination of nervousness and irritation as she stood in line at the bank. She had to be at her temp job in two hours and the drive alone was more then half that. She also needed gas to get to work. That was the only resin she was in this unbudginng line in the first place. The last bit of movement finally stopped just as Rosalyn was opening the door. She was instantly hit with a the thick humidity that was trapped inside the small quarters. The scent of sex and cigarrettes washed over her as if it had been trying to escape the whole time. She stood there a moment, partly to air out the stuffy trailer but mostly to regain control of her emotions. If had taken Lyn about an hour to finally find Jerky. He was a block away underneath a dumper hiding from a big pit bull that was trying to get him. Lyn had instinctively grabbed the closest thing she could use as a weapon against the vicious animal, a broken steel pipe that was laying in the dirt. She ran towards the dog, ready to hit it. The pit bull growled and snapped at the air as Lyn came closer, preparing to attack when she was close enough. As if Jerky knew what the other was about to do he instantly came out from underneath the dumper and bit the pit bull in his ankle just before it was about to attack. Jerky's sneak attack caught the other dog off gaurd and he quickly turned his attention to the tiny puppy. The pit bull went for Jerk's tiny throat but before it could lock its Jaws around him Lyn swung the pole and cracked it dead in its face with full force. Rosalyn finished signing all the documents and provided her ID and Birth certificate. She was then reintroduced to Alex and meet the maintenance supervisor, Jack. It was barely 9:00am and already gest were checking out. Lyn was surprised by how many guests stayed at this small hotel. She had previous hotel experience so she already was able to attend to the guest as they checked out. She was shocked by how may complaints guest left, ad made notes on all of them so she could address them to the manager, Jose. What she did need help with was attending to the Railroad workers e who frequently stayed at the hotel. Apparently thus hotel had a contract with South Pacific Railroad that guaranteed twenty rooms a day for the train crew that came from up North to deliver cargo at a local station nearby.
