Mrs. Vargas’ giggles echoed through Audrey’s ears. Her eyes were focused on the wall in front of her while Shane’s hands tighten its grip around her. She felt his chin on her right shoulder and his breath was fanning her neck. Audrey bit her lower lip to resist laughing due to the unbearable tickling sensation. “You smell so nice,” Shane whispered and nibbled on her ear. The gesture made her gasped which caused the other to smirk. “Why are you frowning, baby?” He asked her while rubbing the tip of his nose on her nape. “Hmm…” Audrey let out a moan when Shane planted small and soft kisses on her skin. “Shane… let me go,” she mumbled but couldn’t manage to struggle a little to support what she said. “Thank you, everyone! The pre-open is finally over. Without your help, nothing is going to be accomplished by now. She smiled and raised a glass of wine before continuing her speech. “Now that we survive in the five-days pre-open event, it's time for us to give ourselves a break we all deserve! Her long face became her everyday mask. The staff in the restaurant were never tired of cheering her on. Not that she wanted to worry them, she could still do what she had to.
