Chapter 59: That's my girl

Beatrice's POV

Along with loud roars from outside, we heard knocks from the door. The enemies will not destroy this house because this is former alpha's cabin. It's their allies, and the only places they're going to destroy are the innocents. I shook my head, and then I just felt Tobias pull my hand near the door.

“Be ready. We have to finish this.”

I nodded my head in response to him. Tobias' men opened the door and just before the enemies could enter, Alpha Tobias attacked them. He was able to capture the leader while the rest of his men were faced by Tobias' men. One of them gazed at me. He was already smirking and that made my chest pound.

My blood boiled from what he called me. I could also feel how my skin's hair rose. It was just so weird to hear him calling me that. Tobias will only be the one to call me that. There's nothing else but only my husband.
