Chapter 61: His new girl

Beatrice's POV

Alpha Tobias was already sitting on the couch, facing the door. I was a bit stunned upon seeing him in front, and it took me for a minute before I could react.

“I…I didn't notice you're here already,” Tobias only furrowed his brows while looking at me. The corner of his lips lifted up. He stood up from sitting. I was expecting him to come near me but he walked to where his drinks were.

My eyes were on him as he poured a drink to a glass. Alpha Tobias turned his head on me, making me bite my bottom lips.

“Is there progress already, Beatrice?”

My brows furrowed from what he inquired about. I couldn't understand what Tobias was trying to say, but I have this feeling already. I have this feeling that it is related to my supposed pregnancy with his child.
