Millie

Julian and Steph walk into the suite and without a word or even a look X is gone.

My heart feels as if it’s imploding by the lack of his presence, his touch, just him.

Steph runs over to me and hugs me “Are you okay Millie?” she asks while petting my hair.

“Yeah, I’m okay,” I say.

Julian is standing there looking at us and when Steph pulls away from the hug, Julian has a raised eyebrow, eyeing the hoodie I’m wearing, X’s hoodie.

He says nothing though, I know he can probably piece together what he just broke up.

He walks over to Steph and whispers something in her ear and she nods, he kisses her cheek and leaves, closing the door behind him.

“C'mon let’s get ready for bed and we’ll talk,” Steph says.

I nod and follow her into the bedroom. After we’re finished changing and get ready for bed, we lie down, only leaving a small lamp on to still see each other while we talk.
