13. The truth

it has been the same ever since we had our first fall and I'm hating it. I tried not to be affected by it but it's driving me crazy.

We got married for a purpose and that's what we should be doing. Each time I try to start a conversation with her, it always ends up in a fight and it doesn't sit well with me.

Once again, I'm out, having a shot of two to distract myself before I go out.

"Hey handsome," a girl appeared beside me, touching my shoulder while staring at me lustfully.

I removed her hand from my shoulder and looked away from her.

"What are you doing here alone?" She asked and I mentally scoffed.

I didn't reply to her because my response wasn't necessary.

"You know..." she placed her palm on my shoulder again. "For a man like you, it doesn't make sense for you to be alone, don't you think?"

I placed my hand on her and gently removed them. I called for the attention of the bartender.

"My bills please," I said," taking out my card from my wallet.
