Making An Alliance

The phone in Queenie's pocket vibrated repeatedly, hinting to her it was an incoming call.

She tried to ignore it the first time until Roxanne nudged her. After sharing a knowing look with Roxanne, she took out the phone and narrowed her eyes at the number.

It was a text. A text from Jessica which read, "I got the manager of the place to come clarify the issue. Thank me later by accepting something I will bring for you, tonight."

Queenie sighed and turned to Audrey who stood a little farther from her. She mouthed some words to her and the letter turned and walked backstage again.

When she emerged, she pushed a man in his early fifties forward.

Queenie smiled at the camera whilst pointing a finger at the man. "This man is the owner of the doppelgangers company. And right now, he will tell us of his identity and lots of you are free to check his identity online."

As soon as she said that, the majority of them fished out their phones, ready to browse.
