Lucian was in an online business meeting when Pierce's call came into his phone.

He disregarded it the first time until a text message came in as soon as Pierce's call ended.

The simple sentence made him spring up from his chair. He looked towards the camera.

"This meeting has been adjourned." Then he needed the call and picked up his phone to call the pilot of his private jet.

"Get to the jet in ten minutes and prepare to head over to Hiltonia."

Before he walked out of the house, Jacob stopped him. "What could be so important that you had to postpone such an important meeting to attend to."

"The psychopathic daughter you adopted is testing death. If you don't do something, I'm afraid this will be the last day she'd live."

"What could she have done to get you to enraged to the point that you deem it fit to kill her!" Jacob questioned again, staying stagnant on Lucian's way.
