"What... What do you mean, sir?" I tried to compose myself as much as possible.

"We can't possibly go out in the snow. It's dangerous."

"Do you have any other option?" He stared at me, waiting patiently for me to speak. I looked away as though I was trying to figure out something but nothing was coming to my mind. I just didn't want the situation to seem weirder than it already was.

"We'll have to go out then." He said after taking my silence for a no. My mind felt at ease after he said that. I thought we were going to get comfortable by going into each other's arms. That would be been awkward.

"Well, are you coming?"

He was already out of the car, surveying the environment.
