"What mistake?" Roman asked as he walked into the study. His eyes were focused on Nicole who was seated, with a distraught look.

"It's nothing!" She was quick to say and he raised his brows. He then started to look around, with a confused look on his face.

"What are the toys for?" He asked, confused and Nicole was quick to jump to her feet while Jamie stood behind.

"It's nothing! I just bought them for fun!" She said, quickly. She had been eager to start her daycare but Jamie's words made her rethink.

"Are you sure?" Roman asked, with his brow arched. His hands were folded behind him and he looked from Nicole to Jamie.

"Care to tell me what's going on?" He asked, both of them.
