55-Staying here together

Karen did not know how to react when she met with Kevin's face. Why is he here? Could he have already told Aunt Maya about his intentions to..to marry Selene? Or did he already bring her things from the mansion?

"I was just coming to find you," he said in a calm, soothing voice that he had never used to speak to her before.
